Camarma Festival Ends with Midnight Fireworks
As the clock struck midnight on Sunday, September 8th, the night sky above Camarma de Esteruelas exploded in a kaleidoscope of colors, marking the grand finale of the town's nearly two-week festival. The fireworks display was a brief yet magical ten-minute spectacle, and the excitement was palpable as local police closed off Highway M-119, allowing the community to gather in the best spots to enjoy the show. Families, friends, and neighbors lined the road, from wide-eyed toddlers to seasoned festival-goers, all eagerly anticipating the visual delight.
Although Monday was the first day of school for many of the town's youngest residents, no one wanted to miss out on this final hurrah. Young children, likely buzzing with a mix of back-to-school jitters and sugar from churros, stayed up past their bedtimes to take in the dazzling display. The fireworks illuminated the town with bursts of bright vibrant colors, a fitting send-off for the festivities that had brought so much joy and excitement to Camarma.
