How It Works

Whatever extracurricular activities kids are involved in, whether it’s martial arts, pee-wee ball, dance, or other team activities, parents want to remember this time in their child’s life. SportsPix are the perfect way to give parents the memories they will cherish and will help promote your team.

STEP 1: SCHEDULE AND PROMOTION

Using the form below, contact Adam Weatherly about what days you are looking at for team pix. Once your SportsPix day is scheduled it’s time to start promoting it with your team. SportsPix Day promotion should start 2 to 4 weeks before the event. Promote your SportsPix day event through social media, email, text messages, phone calls, spreading the word at practice, hanging signs, and passing out flyers. We recommend promoting a minimum of two times per week, once at each practice and the second electronically. Remember to let each person know what attire/uniform should be worn.

STEP 2: PHOTO DAY

SportsPix day each individual will have their portrait made both by themselves and with the group. Coaches should set aside time before practice, class, or game so that each person has an opportunity to be photographed. Plan about 1-3 minutes to photograph each player and about 5 minutes to photograph the group. So a group of 10 people will take 20 to 30 minutes to photograph. SportsPix day can also include action shots of players as well.

STEP 3: PHOTODAY APP

Within 24 hours of your SportsPix day, images will be available to purchase through the Photo Day App using the Access/Opt-in code created specifically for your group. Everything needed to view and purchase images can be downloaded by texting 90738 and entering the group Access/Opt-in code. The “PhotoDay - Galleries” app can also be downloaded through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Haveing problems with the app, no problem, simply go to https://galleries.photoday.io/ and enter your unique access code.
